Showing that an Event is Complete in the Calendar Section

What is the best way to show that an event in the Calendar Section is complete? Striking out the event is probably the most obvious way but I'm finding that sometimes the event gets duplicated when striked out. This appears to happen particularly when the event is a recurring one (not sure if this is a bug). It would be more convenient to have the stike out function on the right-click menu rather that have to open the event to edit it. I have also tried to flag the event to indicate it is complete but for recurring events they all get flagged. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.

The best way would be as you've described, but you need to edit the single occurrence to flag, strikethrough and/or edit the subject line. At present, when you flag an event it doesn't specify if you want to flag the whole series are just a single event. This implementation will be developed.

After testing this, I can see that it needs to be addressed immediately. I have scheduled this for the next update cycle version 1.1.1.8, which is due very very soon.

Funny, because I was thinking the same without having read this thread!
But flagging an event is a little cumbersome... particularly when you have a calendar full of events. I wish I could simply point at an event in the calendar en press a key (or a combination or keys) and then the event gets whichever flag I've pre-selected. (or it gets greyed out, or text is crossed out or whatever).
I think this would be a pretty useful improvement for a lot of people.
