Here some findings while testing 2.0.0.8 beta version. Maybe more later.

1. Properties of the Top Journals Folder: Can’t edit Item Name and Created On (always 2004-07-13 15:13) fields

2. Documents section: I can’t hide the horizontal and/or vertical ruler

3. Calendar: Tasks are shown with category, like: Testing task [Personal] I would rather see the task with the background color of the corresponding category.

1. This is the fixed name for the section, "Journals". It can't be renamed.

I disabled the horizontal and vertical ruler, but this setting is not "sticky"
After a restart they are back
Can you confirm this? Is this setting per document?

Edited the document templates, but that did not help. The rulers strike back :)

In which edit screen won't the ruler behave? Documents, record comments, doNote editor, etc.
This should be like toolbars. Once hidden they stay hidden until recalled.

In the Documents section and the Journal section.
