Does the doogiePIM browser support Chrome extensions? Chromium does generally.
I tried to install the PaperPile extension but no progress appeared to take place.
Apparently needs Chromium v27 or up.
Extensions tend to be ridden with security problems so this may be a far future development. It's not easy to place a Chrome extension into a Chromium browser as it's not just the browser that the extension is attached to, but also the UI and database.
It requires careful thought and planning, but thank you for the challenge.
For the most part I agree, and think it would be unwise to run all extensions in what is a small part of your PIM. I think, though, that there is an argument for extensions that usefully extend the functionality of other parts of the PIM. They then become free extra features, just as all extensions are for Chrome itself.
