    Hi Chris,
I know in Doogie you do not recommend pictures being downloaded into your inbox. That is a problem because I get many emails that have picture backgrounds. I can't seem to attach the picture so you can take a look. I know I can put it into an email. Would you prefer that? Some come in good and others are like this. Is there anything I can do to fix this or is it something you have to do on your end? Thanks.

You could take a screenshot or two and send those to my email.

In order to include images in forum posts, take a look at this guide here:
    https://bitespire.com/community/247-to-show-on-image-on-this-forum

In order to show images in Email Messages, try invoking the command in the little "eye" icon on the right above the message; "Show This Message Images".

    Hi Chris,
I know I sent you some pictures but I also forgot to tell you that some of the email pictures when opening up the email are distorted. The pictures could be stretched form top to bottom or can get wider from left to right.

I've checked my Junk folders and found no screenshot emails from you. Try sending them to software@bitespire.com

However, I do see there is an image sizing glitch that makes some HTML images appear to be stretched vertically. This happens in some cases where the HTML code uses some CSS to size the images. This is planned to be fixed, hopefully for the very next update this month.

I sent the screen shots to software@bitespire.com. It may be possible that I misspelled something. I will resend them.

I have the email samples now. Thank you. As I suspected, the remote images are indeed sized within a CSS structure and will be worked on to improve the image display. I must add that showing remote images like this is a privacy concern.

I understand Chris but unfortunately quite a few emails I get and that are sent out contain a lot of pictures. I guess the companies in the US didn't get the memo.
