Bad email encoding autodetection

    After downloading a message encoded with windows-1251, russian characters were displayed as ??????.

    ...
    Content-Type: text/plain; charset=windows-1251
    Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

    Also, I did not find where I can specify the encoding of the message.

    It isn't possible to change the encoding of the message as every new message is encoded using Unicode.

    This could be implemented. Thanks for the heads up and feedback.
