Chimes quit working after Win10 Aniversary Update [Resolved]

    The hourly chime or quarterly chimes are no longer working since the upgrade to Aniv Update in Windows 10. All my other sounds are working fine. I double checked the two settings that are correctly set. "Do not disturb" is NOT turned on. And Chimes are enabled under "Settings and Preferences". Anyone else having sound issues not working in doogiePIM but working elsewhere?
    My INI file has the following and if I double click the "default.wav" file in "C:\BiteSpire\doogiePIM\Sounds" it plays correctly in Windows media player:
    PlayChime_Custom_filename=Sounds\Default.wav
    PlayChime_60_filename=Sounds\Default.wav
    PlayChime_15_filename=Sounds\Default.wav
    PlayChime_30_filename=Sounds\Default.wav
    PlayChime_45_filename=Sounds\Default.wav
