Check All Accounts Stopped Working

    Hi Chris,
    I have 4 email accounts in Doogie. I usually use check all email accounts and it has worked. Tuesday in the morning it worked but in the evening it stopped working. I had to check each account individually. By selecting check all accounts, it was only checking one of my personal email accounts and did not touch my business accounts. I did not receive mail for hours until I checked each account individually. I have no idea what happened between Tuesday morning and Tuesday evening when it was not working. Thanks.

    It sounds more like an email server issue. Check A2 downtime logs.

    If things start acting strange in doogie, try the old adage: Turn it off and on again.
    Things can get bogged up in Windows. :)

    Hi Chris,
    That's not it. The first tow email accounts I have on my list are personal. When I do a check All Email, Doogie only checks the first one which is personal. The next account after that is another personal account. Doogie does not check that account unless I specifically ask Doogie to do so. The next accounts are business. I have to do those signally as well. Once I do that the mail comes in. I have exited out of Doogie many times and that did nothing to fix this.
