Reports: Filter Conditions [Resolved]

  1. 2 years ago

If I create a second or third filter condition to any report, they are not saved. If you move to a different report then come back to the one you just created a second filter on, it is now gone.

    Hmmm...

This one may take a while.

Please make a formal ticket as I see this as an important bug fix.
To add a new ticket, go here:
    https://bitespire.lighthouseapp.com/projects/133720-doogiepim/tickets/new

It would help to include the Report.dor file.

I realize this request is not very recent. However, I'm a new user and I just now discovered and I haven't been able to save the settings on a custom report.

Was a decision made NOT to implement this feature? Or is it on the roadmap? Or if I'd like to see this as an added option, should I submit this as a formal feature request?

    With appreciation and interest,
    Metta

I believe this ticket was closed a while ago. If you're still experiencing a problem with Report saving then ensure you are stating doogiePIM from a disk that has full read/write permissions and there's plenty of disk space available.

When any parameter of a Report is changed, it is immediately saved to disk. Therefore, loading different reports should be instant and available.

I'll be glad to assist if you supply further information about your machine specifications and exactly how you installed doogiePIM. (No private personal information please)

  5. Thanks for your prompt feedback, Chris.

I'll follow-up with you by email to figure out what more is needed to have this "saved report" functionality working in my installation.
